Be Bold - The PFF2012 Launch

Yesterday Perth Fashion Festival launched this years programme and it was a bold burst of colour, the designs featured were all from different WA designers collections naturally we all wouldn't dress like this but it definitely left an impact, and you could definitely transform the pieces into your own wardrobe with no problem! Absolutely loved the designs by The Butcher and the Crow, Little Gracie, Garth and those were the designs I could match a designer too! There were plenty of pieces that blew my mind!

There was a huge crowd featuring a huge list of some of the incredible designers that will be involved in this years festival, Such as Shane from ZSADAR, Ebony Harding of Little Gracie, Garth Cook, Daniel Romanin of One Fell Swoop and plenty more a bevvy of bloggers was introduced this year as we will be taking part in the festival also! Now that Restyle is slowly coming to an end, I've realized PFF is just around the corner and so is the Restyle Runway Show.

The highlights that are definitely worth mentioning include Fashionably Loud a new concept blending fashion and Music, I cannot wait for this the show will be styled by Zara Bryson featuring some of the MOST incredible designers including Ellery, Story By Tang, Belle Bijoux and plenty more!
An evening with Flannel also is something new on the table the presentation will showcase their Spring Summer collection, Neronis in the historic Hackett Hall guests will also enjoy a three course dinner accompanied by champagne and delicious cocktails in an 1920’s themed showcase, definitely something not to be missed!
The VIP closing night however is something new altogether a stunning initiative, Perth Fashion Festival will be working with a charity that supports disadvantaged women, held in the incredible Government House Ballroom,Giving Back is The New Black will be a unique and intimate evening showcasing an exceptional line up of WA designers and their take on the classic black dress... Right up my alley!

Unfortunately I'm rather short and the masses of media made it hard for me to get any real amazing shots and I didn't bring the right lens... Time to start saving for something that can get a little closer to all the action!

Fauna Floral Suit by Bardot, Neon Peplum by Dotti, Tony Bianco Kallista's

I wore a floral suit, I felt EXTREMELY colourful as I walked through the CBD, I got plenty of appreciative glares, Or maybe they were confused either way I thouroughly enjoyed breaking out of my mould in something that is way out of my comfort zone, I almost wore a black tank out, so relieved I didnt!

I'll be sure to share other Festival highlights over the next few days, I'll share the shows that you HAVE to see and if I have enough time I'll share the whole programme but be sure to check out Perth Fashion Festival's Facebook & keep an eye on their new webpage!
