Busy, busy, busy at the moment I feel like I haven't had a chance to eat... And this is the first time I'm on my laptop since last week however Saxony surprised me with this ridiculously good drapey numbers, the capes are amazing and I would really love to add one to my 'workdrobe' and I'm pretty sure that leather jacket, well it woulbe be perfect with everything...

I know winters almost done, but it was only 1 degree outside this morning! I was SO cold. Would absolutely love to be wrapped up in these gorgeous numbers!

30 Days Of Restyle with PFF & Lotterywest!

So as we all know, I’m a bit of a shopaholic, a little bit of a label lover and to be honest if I have money in my wallet I will spend iton beautiful, beautiful shiny new things. So when it comes to Op Shops... It’s unknown territory for me, but for the past couple of months I’ve been involved in a secret little side project where my wardrobe is accustoming itself to Op-shopped pieces...
Together 10 Perth Fashion Bloggers, Perth Fashion Festival & Lottery West have come together to bring you the 30 Days Of Restyle, which is basically as the title discloses, 30 days of restyled outfits... Yup 50% of it must be Op-shopped and over the next month I’ll be documenting each outfit, right here on the blog along with my usual content (August will be crazy busy) and you can check out how you can style your ownpieces with Items from charitable Op Shops, such as; Good Sammy’s, The Good Salvos, The Red Cross, Anglicare, Save The Children, Vinnies & Drug Arm WA... Thanks to Lottery West we were each given a budget to pick up as many amazing things we could from each Op Shop... I’m a little embarrassed to say but with my manager retail job I still have a bit of my budget left so I better get hunting!

I think it’s agreat opportunity to break out of my shell and perhaps to save a little bit of cash and most of all, this is a challenge for me and I actually can’t wait tosee what I come up with. In the meantime a few weeks ago the bloggers involved got together one fine Sunday to be involved in a campaign shoot for the 30 Days of Restyle where we got dolled up in Vintage, Retro & Op Shopped pieces for the day! It was an absolutely marvellous experience for me! The above photo is just one of many from the campaign!(how crazy is my hair? I love it!)

Check out the other bloggers involved I'm sure there are a few familiar faces you recognize!

A Raspberry Orchid

Suede cropped tank - Cameo, Leather Skirt - Dotti, Jewellery from assorted stores Lovisa, Diva & Sportsgirl.

Couldn't wait for the matching shorts to arrive, I just had to share this gorgeous raspberry suede cropped tank by Cameo! Absolutely smitten and it's super versatile, seeing as I own a ridiculous amount of black bottoms, a little bit of colour never hurt anyone!

I've bee on an absolute online shopping rampage over the past few days and I am expecting over 5 packages in the next two weeks.

one of which happens to be these amazing shorts also by Cameo. I really can't wait to team this crop with the short! Be sure to check out Cameo's gorgeous collection inspired by orchids, I too inspired played around a bit with layers... Didn't do an amazing job though, however I did chuck a teeny bit of the color bug back into my hair... Can you guys see it?

What dreams are made of...

If you happen to love skulls, jewellery and wicked shop interiors... So this defintitely ticks all my boxes, its definitely like walking into a dream when you enter Sewellerys studio & retail space at 140 Perth. We all know I have been ranting and raving on about Perth jewellery label Sewellery all over the blog here & here and on twitter of course!
I almost feel like a mad stalker because I've been there so frequently but Teagan was kind enough to let me snap away like a crazy maniac with my brand new camera.. Yup this was the nikons first outing, Teagan wasn't keen to be in front of the lens but she did let me inside her office... More on that later, here's a look inside the space... I seriously can't get enough!

So naturally I got a bit excited when skulls are involved... I easily took 100 200 photos... I'll share more of her little creative space soon!! In the meantime get yourselves down to Sewellery at 140 William... Opposite the Avairy and next to Pigeonhole, location location!

Open Thursdays & Fridays from 11am-4pm

T H I S I S N O T R E S O R T

Perth designers are seriously creating some waves worldwide and everybody is slowly beginning to take note, although we may be the most isolated city in the world it doesn’t mean we are isolated from brilliant designers and beautiful creations. One designer that comes to mind is Garth Cook his journey into design has been one to remember and now this Wednesday Garth will share an exclusive runway featuring pieces from his collection ‘THIS IS NOT RESORT’ The sneak peeks I have seen are incredible and I thought I’s just have to share. More incredible Perth talent is involved in this campaign, the ever gorgeous Kim Wainscoat is the muse for the collection, while the Head Studio team on King Street did the hair while the MUA team Laura Ashley finished the look.
Garth has been making his label known for a few years now and big editorials such as Russh, Yen, Cleo, Fallen Magazine and Tagent Magazine, he also showcased his Winter collection at LMFF and shared his gorgeous SS collection at Perth Fashion Week and he will also be a-part of this year WA Designer Collection show at Perth Fashion Festival... The man definitely has a lot going on and I can't wait to see what he has in-store for Perth!

Garth Cook's Noveau Clone in Romain Duquesne (one of my most favourite collections ever)

So I suggest you check out the collection in the STM tomorrow!!! In the meantime here is a sneak peek at the BTS shots... Also if you haven’t checked out the interview I had with Garth Cook earlier in the year check it out here!

Crisp.

It wasn't long before a crispy white lust list would soon appear on the blog... It's only natural.

White.

Inspired by so many swedish & european blogs of late with there all white ensembles, whether I would be able to keep something like this clean is completely out of the question.

I'm more partial to cleaner sharp cuts, white leather something with a littl ebit of an edge but I still cant get enough of how delicate white lace continues too look no matter what season.
